Technically no. He has the right to block a trade. Semantics

Yes, no, and maybe. They'll trade him and because of his contract Rodgers will have to be somewhat agreeable.

Well at least it will be that he can't say trade me here or no where. Maybe Packers can say ok give us 3-5 teams you will be willing to go to and will will trade you to one of them.

Without default language team has very little if no leverage. He can say no to a trade. Or retire and he still gets paid.

Possible. How this season plays out will have matter. I think he gets traded, 90% sure of that. Terms on a list of teams not convinced

If you can get at least 3 teams that means you can at least try to get bidding war and get something decent back
