Down here, Cowboys fans are screaming about the offensive pass interference call against them in the closing minutes of their game. I watched it, and quite honestly, I saw it as pass interference too. Even though the push may have seemed slight, the separation that was gained was just enough to make it a complete pass.

If I was reviewing it, back in New York, it would have been an easy call. We all see it the way we see it.

As far McCarthy, I wasn't impressed with his game plan at all.

Same old Mikey
Stale as 3 week old bread

But he does help with the game plan and signs off on it
It’s week 1. One week with no preseason or camp. Not the only team who looked off. Amazing to see the handwringing and overreaction to week 1 across the board. It’s usually bad but this week seems worse

I guess the handwringing happens because teams like TB and DAL get anointed because a Brady or Mac climbs on board and then they lay an egg.
Personally, I understand why the reactions are over the top.

And Indy with Rivers loses to Jax, Philadelphia loses. SF loses..... I understand why it’s over the top...many fans are idiots as are talking heads. It’s a marathon not a sprint. If the trend continues for 3-4 weeks yeah we have issues but 1 week meh.

It's kinda fun watching fans of other teams acting like they don't have good sense. Seeing their reaction to individual plays, saying guys should be sent packing because of them, and saying some player who got lucky on a play is on his way to Canton.

I'm now waiting for Vikings fans to say that the Packers stole this one with the help of the officials. It's been nearly 24 hours now.

I think Vikings fans will blame their horrible secondary for the loss

In a conversation with a bunch of old friends about an hour ago, one's nephew joined in. He's a big time Colts fan. He was lamenting on how they have Rivers, who has never been a good QB, and the only reason he stayed with the Chargers was because he took minimum salaries. There was no reaction from anyone.
