i'd say 90% is a failure by gute to draft/trade for/or sign the right players. the other 10% falls on the position coaches, imho. but you can't make up for inferior players with coaching or by "lighting a fire" under them with yelling and threats as some might have you believe.

Bogus NY anti-gun law.

Walker had permit for gun in WI and had the gun and ammo locked in cases and checked in like TSA requires. But because NY is anti-gun if you do not have a permit for NY even picking up your luggage with a checked gun in the luggage is considered a felony gun charge in NY.
