Do you think that's what it is?Even though it doesn't work, I'd like to try some of that "advanced recovery"![]()
Beer, burgers, Brats, eggs, bacon, Chicken BBQ'd and fried, pork, fried fush, other meats, and potatoes did it for me.
While I didn't partake of that stuff, I had many friends who did and didn't have hamstring issues, so i don't think that stuff is the 'advanced recovery' that's not working. Ha Ha
