- Romeo Doubs with a big drop over the middle from Willis. Looked like he had one earlier along the sidelines as well. Weather certainly factor right now but drop issues remain
- Romeo Doubs has dropped two passes in first ten period. Of course, there’s also a torrential downpour right now, so context matters.
- Cornelius Johnson continues to impress. Nice catch over the middle from Elgersma.
- Josh Jacobs had a couple really nice runs down the right side earlier
- We’ve had a fumbled exchange and a false start on the offense already.
- Matt LaFleur, in his own words, despises 7-on-7. But the Packers are currently doing it to get Jordan Love throws outside routes on air. Also looks like he’s wearing a small plastic bag on his left hand to protect the thumb wrap in the rain.
- Love hits Doubs twice short
- Next play he rifles one in to Heath over the middle with Nixon in coverage.
- Love finds Kraft over the middle for a nice pickup
- Love completed 9 of 12 passes with one INT (Bullard) during an 8-minute 7 on 7 period. He took every rep of that drill.
- Romeo Doubs with a nice adjustment on a back-shoulder throw from Malik Willis. Good coverage from Carrington Valentine, but a better throw and catch for about 20 yards down the left sideline.
- Rhyan and Tom opened up a nice for Chris Brooks
- In 7v7, Jordan Love throws a perfect pass to back, left corner end zone to Matthew Golden in double coverage against Javon Bullard and Evan Williams. Pretty ball for about a 15-yard TD.
- Love finds Golden again for a TD after 2 pump fakes. Golden gets open and catches against Hadden. Love took lots of time and Hadden had pretty great coverage throughout.
- Xavier McKinney has a helmet on and is running on the side with a trainer. First time we’ve seen that since his calf injury.
- Edgerrin Cooper with a near pick of Willis. He had fantastic coverage of Kraft down the left sideline.
- Fantastic play by Jamon Johnson running down the field in coverage on Sheppard to break up a pass deep down the left sideline.
- Love throws long to Hardman but the ball hangs up in the wind and rain and Valentine was able to swat it away. Hardman had a good step on 24.
- Jordan Love goes deep middle to Mecole Hardman in 7-on-7, and Javon Bullard picks it.
- Next play he checks down to Jacobs who has the ball goes off his hands right into the hands of Ty’Ron Hopper but Jacobs becomes the DB and bats it out. Incomplete.
- Carrington Valentine all over a trick play to Wilson.
- Mosby with a pressure on Willis. With Sorrell out and Oliver still not practicing - Mosby has a legit shot to make this team, especially with how much he plays special teams.
- Love almost picked by Hopper who had great coverage on Musgrave.
- Evan Williams picks love in the back of the end zone to end practice.
- Brandon McManus goes 3/3 in the wind and rain. He’s now 64-of-68 since camp opened.
- Here’s a new one: Brandon McManus is punting. Might be emergency work because Daniel Whelan is here.
- Update: Daniel Whelan’s job is very safe.
- Brandon McManus makes 3 more: 44L, 46L, 49R. Now 67-of-71 since camp began.
