HC Johnson on Caleb Williams not hitting 70% completion rate in practice: "We’ve been underneath that bar. We’re learning, we’re growing. Early on we were probably 55%. It’s gotten better as camp has gone on but we haven’t hit that threshold as often as we would like."

But his offensive line was bad last year . . . .
 
So see Rodgers not playing in pre-season again. I know he's old but still would you not want him to get a series or two of live reps with the starters in a new system?

They’re already icing his shins and calves, they can’t play him until the games matter.

Remember back in the day when you could actually trade for nothing and trade a guy for past trade considerations? I remember the kicker the Packers drafted like 25 years ago Brett Conway who sucked so bad in TC Ron Wolf traded him for that.
