Was posted few days ago I think by Ken Ingalls that one of the UDFA signings fell thru had to be Fleming. Figure he either failed a phyiscal or got a better offer or better chance with another team. Not like he's making the team in GB as a UDFA WR.

All 10 UDFA agreements were previously reported by PackersNews. The Packers did not announce an agreement with Penn State receiver Julian Fleming. It’s unclear if the Packers still intend to sign him.
 
Fleming failed his physical thus why the Packers did not sign him. It was said his past back and hip injuries caused the failed physical.
