2025 Draft Prospects Thread

I like him a lot....

Agree. Restrepo would be a really nice day2 addition. They'd probably still need a field stretcher, but this guy would be an upgrade over Wicks and Melton (and Doubs?) because he can beat man coverage and he doasn't drop the ball.

The Amari Rodgers choice was tough because Aaron had been on a piss and vinegar bender about losing Cobb and wanted a true slot player, the FO thought they were giving him what he wanted and really, Amari should’ve been a better NFL player than he was.

Yep and I believe Amari Rodgers had been trained by Cobb or was close family friend something like that.

it is just amazing that in two consecutive rounds, the next player at the same position, that was chosen was a stud, and gute went for the dud. that's just bh(

Played for a big, pro style program, father was a coach, grew up around NFL players - he should’ve worked out better than he did.

I genuinely don’t believe in looking backwards too much so it’s hard for me to get worked up either way, but the Myers pick was completely baffling precisely because Creed was a tailor made Packers fit from a program, positional, scheme and athletic profile perspective.

It also never made sense that they said they liked Myers because of his positional versatility but then never actually let him play anywhere but center. That doesn’t make sense right? If they thought Jenkins was the best center then they could’ve swapped him and Myers last year, or at least tried it. Either the coaches were stubborn as hell, or they blew not only the talent level of the Myers evaluation, but the versatility aspect as well.
