it is strange. in general which position has the most impact on the performance of the offense? are there indeed wrs that have as much impact as the qb? certainly not on the packers, but maybe the very elite receivers?

This reminded me of the conversation I had around the contract that Jerry gave Dak. paying him $5m/year more than the other QB's that got new contracts last year; making Dak the highest paid QB. "but next year someone will get more, and Dak won't be the highest paid" . . . . but if you factor in the time value of money . . . . . he will be right up there. It's crazy to me that so many people don't understand that - they just look at the actual value and forget that the reason why the salaries go up every year . . .
