We will see what Bucky Mens Hockey is made of this weekend when they travel to Number 1 ranked and defending National Champion Denver University this weekend. Bucky really needs this to be like the '73 Title Game in at least one game this weekend.

Bucky then:

Travels to Notre Dame
Has Minnesota at Home
And Travels to Penn State

Bucky better right the ship or it will be out of it before Thanksgiving.

Go Bucky!

Well that sucked.

Hard to believe the crap start for Bucky Hockey.
They aren't quite ready for prime time. If they took the games off of a pay wall like they show the games now, they'd get more interest in the men's program. They'd be able to recruit more because of the exposure.

But it's that old money thing.

Personally, I'm losing interest in them because of the way they handle it. They aren't good enough to pay good money to watch.

Last year inspired and gave hope the program was heading in the right direction.

This year....

Bucky got thumped by DU 6 - 1.

The hand is on the light switch

Bucky 55th in Pairwise.

Probably already unlikely that Bucky makes post season unless it wins B1G

After being swept at MN and at home by Penn State, Bucky somehow only drops to 22 in Pairwise.

But, let's face it. Bucky's been dead since I started this post. They must win B1G to get in the tourney. I doubt that's happening.

I unfortunately (or fortunately) don't get to watch them. But, they must be horrible.

We're gonna have to win the next four and make a deep run in conference tourney to even be post-season eligible (record over .500), barring some magical run to the B1G title an getting the auto qualifier.

This season has been frustrating to say the least. Hastings set the bar really high with what he did last season, and the number of 2 and even 3 goal leads that have disappeared has to be tops in the nation this year.

Love your optimism.

Unfortunately, I think we need to win the B1G.

What makes you think they'll somehow get over .500 or do anything in the tourney? I'm just reading about them, and it's not good. Give me some hope
