Green Bay's offseason program will begin on Monday, April 15, and conclude in mid-June.
The program begins with meetings and strength-and-conditioning work (Phase 1), continues with on-field group workouts (Phase 2), and then progresses to organized team activity practices (or OTAs, Phase 3).
The first week of OTAs are scheduled for May 20-21, May 23; and continue May 28-29, and May 31; and June 3-4, June 6. The Packers are slated to wrap up this year's offseason program with mandatory minicamp from June 11-13.
The team will announce at a later date which OTAs or minicamp practices, if any, will be open to the public.

Lots of busy prepping for the grind that lays ahead, from the draft to taking the field for the first practice in camp. Ain't gonna be no long weekends, and short work days for the people associated with the team.

Odd that the Shareholders meeting is on the same day as 1st day of TC. Usually in past it's been the day before TC opens. Wonder if the Packers are trying to get more people to come to the shareholders meeting by having it start the same day as TC.

There was a training camp day every time I went to the shareholders meetings. In fact, when they moved it from indoors, to outdoors in the stadium, they held them the same day. Free goodies were served too, which was really neat. We ate and had sodas, on the organization. It was fun.

I should premise that. There was a practice, on shareholders day, from the time they moved the meeting outdoors. Before that, it was pretty much a smaller gathering.

In fact, we were issued tickets for the shareholders meeting and the practice together, so we could get into the stadium. I think that was right after one of the stock drives. Can't recall which any longer.

Yes, I can remember them doing the first practice and the shareholders meeting before as well.... been a few years but not a first.
