Wisconsin's Volleyball team playing for National Championship

Yesterday, the Badgers ladies beat up on the #1 volleyball team in the nation. Baylor. That puts them smack dab into the NCAA Championship game tonight (Sat. 12-21) against Stanford. These ladies are amazing. For Baylor, last night's loss was only the second time they'd been beaten all year.

Game time is 7 PM, on ESPN2. Imagine if the Badgers ladies win this, and can add another National Championship with their hockey team? One hell of a season for them, and the women's basketball team is actually winning a few games. It's a great year to be a Badger fan.

Stanford played flawless volleyball. They were catching the lines, and getting the ball movement they wanted off Wisconsin touches. So many balls that were deflected out of range.

Good nucleus coming back in 2020. They're going to be tough!
 
Yes, the future looks bright. But, it is real hard to win a Championship. This is the 3d time they've been bridesmaids.
