Wisconsin offers 2019 TE Garmon Randolph from Jefferson GA, I coached his brother who was an excellent safety and went on to Wofford. UW is all over this part of the country chasing talent. UW also offered 2019 DE Aaron Hall from Jefferson earlier in the month.
