I hope they use that scholarship for a 2019 recruit. Planning an extra year in advance can be a wise decision.
 
Another GA flop.... I swear he was the second worst flop in UW history behind Morton. Thing is GA had a loaded gun when he took over, Morton didn't. Thank god we have PC.

You are so right! The whole program could have ended up ruined in a couple more years. PC is perfect for the Badgers.
