Yes, I heard he was playing well at practice. I didn't read the article here on JS (they only give you so many freebees online) but I suspect the loss of Q, Adams' ankle and Janis' struggles at WR are the reason why Abby was signed to the 53.

Abby's strong suit is route running so if he is where he is supposed to be Aaron will throw it to him - if he is active. I haven't seen the inactive list for today's game.
