Green Bay will face the NFC East and AFC South in 2016, and will stay exclusively in the Eastern and Central time zones.

The NFL's scheduling policy is an elegant one. With 32 teams split up into eight divisions across two conferences, things work out well for a 16-game schedule. This allows us to take a look at the upcoming games for next season.

As a refresher, each team plays two games against each other team in its own division (6 total). It then plays every team in one division from the opposite conference (which rotate every four years) and one division from the same conference (rotating every three), while wrapping up with a game against the teams in the other two divisions in the same conference that finish in the same divisional spot.

For the Green Bay Packers, all but two games are set already, though the actual schedule itself will not be released until April. The reason those two remaining games are not yet decided is because the NFC North itself has not been determined.

The Packers will draw the AFC South division and the NFC East, and though the NFC West and South already have teams that have those divisions clinched, we need to wait until next Sunday night to finally nail that down.

There are a few interesting storylines in next year's schedule. One is J.J. Watt's return to Wisconsin - he has been a member of the Houston Texans since 2011, but his only game against the Packers came in Houston in 2012.

Without further ado, here are the games we know for Green Bay's 2016 schedule.
