Jarrett Boykin

no that's just bad journalism. here is what Silverstien wrote in his article

It's likely Green Bay will add a veteran receiver before the regular season starts — possibly former Packers such as Jones or Jarrett Boykin or Jeremy Ross, if one is cut by his respective team. If it's not one of those three, it probably will be someone with some experience running a West Coast system.

nothing game from GB or MM.. Just a guess by Silverstein.

The Panthers lost their best receiver to injury and Boykin couldn't make that team? Why would the Packers even consider it. I agree CD, bad journalism.

That would be my thought too.. If he can't make it on CAR then he isn't worth binging back

He only caught three passes his last year here. He is basically an undersized TE who doesn't block very well. Hope he catches on somewhere, but it won't be here.

Bringing back Jarrett Boykin would be the most un-TTish thing to happen in the history of TT.
