Check out Baker Mayfield's stats this year. He fit right in to the Buccaneers offense, and threw for over 4,000 yards.

He may not be the greatest QB out there, but it shows how important it is for a QB to end up with a franchise that can specifically use him by utilizing his best talents.

In everything, most people do better when they are in the right fit.

Look at our guy.

Franchise stability makes a difference. His last two stops were dumpster fires. In Cleveland he played his last season with a busted shoulder and they got rid of him. Never understood that (maybe there was stuff behind the scenes). Carolina, as we know, is a disaster with Tepper. Tampa has some good coaches, some good players. Took the pressure off him.
