Damn, the second coming of Warren Sapp and he's now out. I would have felt a lot better about this injury if his teammates would have said he's just a guy. All this talk about him being explosive and powerful and whatever else makes it sound like we lost a big part of the D and maybe a part we were lacking for years.

Definitely stinks. I was really hoping he would provide some burst along that line. Tough to have that injury any time of year, or at any point in a career but I would think it especially tough at this time of year for a rookie. Still have high hopes for this guy.

The article says that foot specialist is in the process of moving his practice from NC to Green Bay.. is that a commentary on the amount of injuries the packers always seem to have? Lol

Guys don't even start. Look at Baltimore or the Chargers right now and say a rosary it doesn't get half as bad for us.

As for Adams, yeah it's a serious ding for his rookie year and will likely be a season long set back.

Foot injury on a big man - probably out longer that shorter. Bummer, because it probably puts a pretty big dent in his season.

He might end up not being available all year. They could end up putting him on IR, and opting to leave him there, depending on how much time they figure he will miss.

I keep hearing how good he is, and hope he really is, but he was the 93rd pick, not in the top 10. If he's as good as Sapp, he'll be one of the biggest steals of this year's draft. I hope that estimate is right. We could use someone like that as an anchor.
