Yelich becomes only 12th player in MLB history to have 40/30 season and legit chance at becoming the first player ever at a 50/30 year with needing 6 HR's in last 21 games. Now question can Brewers get hot and snag a WC spot? They are tied with Philly in standings 3 games behind Chicago for the 2nd WC spot and also have AZ in between the Cubs and themselves also.

Every time you write them off for dead they make a mini-run. Today's game will be really big. Two games back with 20 to go is very doable. 4 back is obviously far tougher.

Schedule is very favorable also. Cubs are just brutal on the road also

Cubs have 6 left with StL and 3 at SD. Not as favorable

Brewers win today take season series 10-9 vs Cubs

My buddy was so pissed that Scwarber gave up after missing the catch. He didn't even try going after it, emblematic of the way the Cubs have been playing of late. They'll get caught, if not by us then by the dbacks or phillies (heck, maybe even the mets)

Though watch CHC take 4 or 5 of 6 from the Cards...
