Preseason Week 1 Green Bay vs New England Thread

The bottom line: come out healthy and feeling good about the bottom half of the roster and I'll feel good about the preseason opener.

Chryst sees solidifying offensive line as key for Badgers 2015 season

There's a lot of question marks but I think the anchor, Dan Voltz is about as good as anyone. Great starting point. I think there's some talent there, it just doesn't go as deep and its not as proven as previous years

2015 Camp Battles.... Winners And Losers

I simply can't call Hundey a loser yet, no one expects him to play. Love to see more from him, but its not essential. Winners: Matt Blanchard, went to UWW with him, and love seeing him make the most of this chance. LaDarius Gunter, has there been a day where he hasn't made a play? Losers...

Wisconsin football: Jerry Kill, Gophers want Paul Bunyan's Axe back from Badgers

How are they gonna score points? Williams and Cobb are gone and while I didnt see much else in terms of vertical threats from their offense. They have work to do.

Packers come out unscathed from Family Night

I'm not necessarily concerned about the d-line right now. Raji, who by all accounts had a great camp last year, is getting his feet back under him again. IF a young guy steps up they could be a decent unit. I do think not using a draft pick on OL was a mistake, if you're not pushing to get...

    Aldon Smith Released by 49ers

He and Justin Blackmon, both are supremely talented but love other things more than football. He's proven an inability to make great decisions away from the field.

    Brewers need more homegrown pitchers

If someone is willing to offer a concession coupon for Lohse take it, take it and run.

Opponent preview: Lions hope to build off 2014

Is anyone really scared of Detroit anymore. I mean Stafford can make all the throws, but he doesn't scare me. They're still talented as a whole but I don't fear them.

    Opponent preview: Denver Broncos

If it's Super Bowl or bust for Denver I lean more towards bust. Peyton can beat you with his mind, but he's not a win you the big game guy anymore.

Report: Four-star RB Jordan Stevenson denied admission by Wisconsin

I'll say this, it doesn't sound like UW Admissions is the bad guy here

Packers visiting with TE Jermaine Gresham

If the Packers medical staff signs off on him than its absolutely a great signing.

    Live coverage: Brewers vs. Indians

Sadly not a whole lot you can do with Lohse at this point. He may need to get Suppaned or Wolfed

    37-35

I was listening to a Brewers post game show Sunday evening and thats the Brewers record in their last 72 games. Its by no means a great record. It just goes to show that if the poor start was even mediocre we'd be having a different discussion. Chances are Lohse will bring back very little...

    Opponent preview: Rematch vs. Seahawks

Outside of the end of the Super Bowl it seemed like Seattle got every necessary break to go there way. Statistically speaking that has to change at some point. I thought the Packers had a masterful plan in the NFCCG but need to get 6 over 3. I think the Packers can beat Seattle.

Wisconsin football recruiting: Florida DE Keldric Preston commits to Badgers

Think of him like Chikwe Obasih or Alec James? Seems like a great get.

Brett Favre HOF Induction Thread (All threads merged)

I'm 27 he was the first truly great player I watched and appreciated in football and sports in general to be honest. Honored to say I got to watch him play for the Packers. Feel the same way about Rodgers

Opponent preview: Fox hopes to rebuild Bears

Don't know how anyone can believe coaches can help Cutler, theyve done everything to try and appease him and yet he's making the same mistakes/has the same issues. The Bears are what they are and doesn't matter whose leading their press conferences as long as Cutler is under center.

Rank The NFC North In 2015

1.Packers 2. Vikings 3. Bears 4. Lions I don't think the Bears have gotten better, I think Minnesota is still improving and I really like a lot of what they've done. 2-4 is kind of a toss up to be honest.

Suspension reduced from 10 games to 4 for Cowboys' Hardy

I hate that Hardy is essentially being rewarded for bad behavior.I understand the arbitors choice, but it just looks bad

Rookie Taylor Jungmann turns in a gem against Dodgers

Pigging backing on 57 its amazing he's up here and pitching so well. I heard a lot negativity surrounding him early on. Whatever he's found seems to be working pretty well. Tyler Wagner is another young pitcher people seem genuinely excited about
