My God, they are paid to win Championships. If used to the players skill set and coached up, we have plenty of talent to bring home a Lombardi. If we were rebuilding, we should have traded Rogers.

We dont have SB / Lombardi talent, way too many holes left and you cannot trade Rodgers for 2 more year (contract )
if the talent was not so bad why did we sign 3 FA's who will start, not resign Cobb or Matthews?Agreed. The talent on this team is not as bad as some like to think. The biggest problem is now gone. This first year may be iffy because of a new system and new coaching staff. If everybody catches on and buys in quickly, we have a good shot at a deep playoff run. I think a 10-6 type record unless killed by injuries again. Rodgers health is key in the teams success. Will be a learning year with potential to go a ways. 2020 should be SB contenders.
Of course we can't trade Rodgers now, but he shouldn't have gotten that contract if we were that bad.
We'll disagree in the talent.
I'm hoping the new regime finds a way to prevent the non-contact injuries that have decimated this team for years.
And, I'm hoping we stop using high draf picks on players with serious injuries to hugely important joints necessary to do their position, e.g. King, Harrel
Agree this talent on team was awful you can't say oh talent is not that bad and have as bad of drafts as we have had. Right now only 3 guys on team you can call proven blue chip talent on this team under 30 and that's Bak, Adams and Clark.if the talent was not so bad why did we sign 3 FA's who will start, not resign Cobb or Matthews?
