With Pick 1 in 2025 GB selects WR Matthew Golden Texas

It's a good point, all of these guys are more of a projection than ever because they're coming from the air raid or other systems that they're not going to play in in the NFL.

As it is, watching Golden's highlight film made me go back and watch Xavier Worthy's highlight film, and in both cases I see WRs having to constantly adjust to under thrown balls or balls thrown behind them on crossers etc. Not exactly a ringing endorsement of Texas QBs IMO.

The comp wasn't strong. The Giants moved back into the first giving up their second plus a late third. Imagine Philly was similar.

The only one that stands out is Atlanta, who frankly must be on crack or something to give up a future first. If they offered that to GB I would've taken it.
 
See lot of people saying Rodgers must be pissed off that GB finally took a 1st round WR.

i wasn't saying it was a horrible pick. just pointing out that he has a reputation for dropped balls. and we already have plenty of that.
 
If Golden gets two looks like would have to move a few players around. QB's can wear 0-19. So unless Willis went to 0 all numbers between 1-19 are taken or retired.

But my thought move McManus out of 17 and move Willis to 17 and Golden to 2.
