Plenty of RBs in house. Need a couple of tall, fast, glue-fingered wide receivers who can make plays.

Davis is a nice solid signing. Not sure how good he'll be, but with UW's emphasis on the run you pretty much need to recruit one or two every year.

They'll rarely be in the mix for the best WRs. They have to hope to find some quality guys by recruiting in quantity. They have 10 scholarship WRs on the roster and have added 1-2 more for 2019. I think they just have to try to pick up a gem by recruiting a bunch of them and hoping 3-4 work out in any 4 year cycle.
