Report: Packers safety Josh Jones skipping OTAs, seeks trade

it has been reported by multiple people that raven greene did some serious work in the offseason and looks very promising so far. could be a breakout season for him. tyson was drafted by the seahawks. he played in ten games for the texans (with two starts). that immediately says he's more than just an undrafted no-name udfa. tramon could easily fill in at safety. i don't think our depth at safety is "really crappy". i'd say it's about average.
 
It's a job well done to overhaul/upgrade the talent at the starting S positions in one off-season. There's no question in my mind that Savage-Amos are better than Brice-HaHa. Depth will come in time, assuming we continue to focus on it. Like Mark said, you're not going to upgrade starters and depth at every weak roster position in one cycle.
