The on-again, off-again relationship between running backs coach John Settle and the University of Wisconsin appears to be off-again. Rivals.com reporter Tyler Rash is reporting that Settle is heading to Louisville to join new head coach Scott Satterfield’s coaching staff in the same position he held at UW.
