Post Game: Green Bay defeats Seattle 30-13

It was a great game. Love played very well. In fact I don't think he missed a throw. The receivers missed the catch and those were few and far between.

The defense was on fire! I saw very few mistakes and couple of those seemed ticky tacky to me.

I want to give kudos to Jacobs, Watson, Reed, Wicks and of course Love. I think I'll also include LaFleur. I thought he called a great game.

On defense Clark, Valentine, Enagbare and all the guys that filled in for injured players.

The officials missed some and were ticky tacky on some calls but overall I thought they did ok.

Great game. Now on to the Saints.

That's one of the stupidest things I've read this year. Is his putting in his mouthpiece the reason for the TD? And some of you actually believe that s% &*?????

A. Pull your heads out of your hinders and watch the play develop.... no chance on that play regardless.
B. We won 30-13.... just one week quit your bitching and whining.

You gotta love a double digit road win, especially when it's in Seattle. Kind of a Jekyll and Hyde performance by the offense, but the defense was consistent enough to pretty much make it a done deal after the middle of the 2nd qtr.

Kicking game - absolutely solid. Finally no drama for a stretch of games. Gotta extend McManus to take care of one concern going into next season.

Run defense - solid for most of the game. They allowed a few runs, but that happens.

Inexperience at QB - was not a factor as Love made only a couple of slightly questionable throws and made plays pretty much whenever he needed to.

Breakout game by Cooper last night. He looked like a star in the making. Made plays everywhere - rushing the passer, in the run game, and in coverage. Needs to get more snaps going forward. Romeo Doubs had a nice game in his return. They missed him. Also, Christian Watson is developing into a more solid all-around WR. Good to see

Only real blemishes for the night was a stretch by the offense for a part of the 3rd quarter into the 4th where they did nothing. Also, what the heck was up with that 2 minute drill at the end of the half. I know ML wanted to avoid giving the ball back to the Seahawks but geez, the clock is down to 40 seconds and your not in field goal range yet but you're close, and you piss away 25 seconds before getting a play off. That was just a weird sequence. Your defense is playing well, don't be so concerned about giving the Seahawks 15-20 seconds. Fortunately, they still got the field goal, but that cost them a chance at a TD and the ability to all but crush the opponent by half-time.

And lastly, please, no more questionable challenge flags.

I'm not sure where to place this team, I really don't. They've hit 10 wins already but somehow third in the division. Seem to put up 30 pts every game now with relative ease but every game still feels like they left 14-17pts on the table.

This one is kinda meh for me. I loved the start but I'm disappointed they took their foot off the gas and lost all that momentum and control. And let's face it, once Smith went out injured this one was or should've been over, yet it still played out much tighter than it should have. I watch other good teams around the league and I just want to see them play up to the level of the teams they're going to see in the playoffs. No matter where they go, they are going to need to keep their foot on then gas and score. Tampa, LA, Minnesota, Philly, Detroit, Washington. Those teams can score points, and ML can't let his group flatline mid game. I want this team playing their best going into the playoffs and I just don't see it right now. They can go into any stadium and not get blown out, but can they go into any stadium and actually win? They have a the feel of a very good one-and-done team.

Worth nothing, they can turn it on at any game now. Last season at this time, they had lost to the Giants, just got the doors blown off by Tampa and were a week away from squeaking out a game on Christmas Eve against the Panthers. They're better than last year, but they have to put it out there.

i prefer a glass half full view - they're on a fairly consistent rise, with the best yet to come. hopefully, they're fully healthy and at their peak as they enter the playoffs.
