fwiw I thought the red brats were a little salty but the white were pretty good. It came with curds too, they recommend baking but I deep fried and they were outstanding.

Stayed overnight in New Glarus a few years ago, it’s a pretty area. There’s that park and a trail, I think it’s the little sugar river that runs through it? I liked the German signage everywhere too.
 
The Sugar runs very close to my brothers house.
He canoe’s on it to practice for his BWCA trips he takes every year
