Leadership is one thing, but it takes talent. Woodson was lauded for his leadership but look at the talent all over that defense - Nick Collins, Tramon, Shields, Pickett, Raji, Jenkins, Hawk, Dez Bishop and CMIII. High quality pros.

I want the best player and leader on D riding a war horse into battle, right now we got My Little Pony.

Thats not lack of talent. That's lack of guts and thats what Parsons is talking about. I get the lack of talent issue but how about trying to make up with it with less talk and more heart, determination, guts and the will to perfect your craft as best you can
