He will have one or two good games for GB, they’ll sign him to a longer term deal and he will disappear.

He's already signed to longer term deal. If he stays in GB I am guessing he takes paycut but has remaining years voided so he could be a FA after 2026 season.

he will probably fall in that range. I think right now it's guessed on last deal he got in the $8-10 million a year range so if he gets $12-15 now that would be expected.
