Opposing team medical staff better look outNew coach. Tried to convert him from a LB to a DE. Seems stat wise he's Quay Walker.

Too small to be a DE at 6-3, under 235#. He did whiff on some tackles, but that might be correctable. I wonder what was going on there. It's possible he just didn't fit into the box they wanted him to. It happens.Opposing team medical staff better look out
Packers get a free look for half a season to decide if they can get anything out of him and invite him to TC 2025 to try to make the roster.Too small to be a DE at 6-3, under 235#. I think about how Jerry Glanville refused to even consider Brett Favre as his QB when he was drafted by the Falcons. He didn't want him, period. So, as for he was concerned, the sooner they dumped Favre the better, it would free a roster spot. Of course the rest is history.
But the story that comes out of this is that Favre didn't fit into that box that Glanville wanted from players he was willing to coach, and therefore, was dog meat from day one.
It's possible this kid fits into that type of mold, but at this point, I don't know. We'll see, over the next couple of weeks or so.
Packers going to allow the city to tear down the Heritage plaza for their apt building. No word on were it will be put. Hopefully it will be put on property already owned by the team so in the future they can tell the city leaders to go screw themselves if the city tries to stick there nose into any future business.
Packers Heritage Trail will be moved; team says it is 'disappointed' in city's decision
The Packers Heritage Trail, which features statues of several team legends, will be moved to make way for a new development in downtown Green Bay.www.nbc26.com
The City approached the Packers Heritage Trail Foundation in 2012 to establish the Plaza. The City chose the location, which is centrally located and has historical significance, as a permanent addition to the Heritage Trail. Through the donations of the Packers and many others, the Plaza opened in 2013 and was a tremendous success.
Don't think any of the city leaders who helped build it are around anymore. New mayor and city council don't give a crap about the team just how much money they can make the city and bleed out of the team.so the city tells them to build the plaza right where it was built. the city doesn't spend a dime to build the plaza. funds to build the plaza were raised from the packers heritage trail foundation (a non-profit corporation and public charity).
but now the city tells them it has to go. what a bunch of losers. all the money to build and maintain that plaza came from private sources, and now it is wasted. all the costs of relocating and rebuilding the plaza should be paid by the fricken city.
That makes three or four of them on the team right now. Really need a true middle backer, don’t think any of our guys fit the billHe's a 3-4 OLB/DE type. I think you could make him into a good 43 Weak side guy and a solid teams performer. Worth a shot.
