FYI, I think that report is overstated, fairly certain he's filling the offensive analyst spot that was left open when Tim Lester went to Iowa.

As a former QB though it might give him a path to the QB coach position when Clements retires (assuming he stays another year or so).

That or he's just a job were lot of guys who start in coaching he breaks down the tape for the coaching staff as a quality control assistant

This does not mean QBs coach Tom Clements is retiring. He will be back on coach Matt LaFleur’s staff in 2024. Great learning experience for Mannion to work under LaFleur and Clements. Good for Jordan Love, too.
