NCAA hockey rules committee proposes move to 3-on-3 overtime to decide tie games

Just get rid of the shootout for conference play. 3-on-3 until somebody wins the point!

Save it for exhibition and in-season tournaments.
 
3 on 3 OT is really fun. Even in the NHL if they let it go on another 5 mins they would never need the shootout. Shootout was a step in the right direction but time for it to go.
