Kohl Center misses out as neutral sites are picked for NCAA men's hockey regionals

The University of Wisconsin made a pitch to host an NCAA hockey regional at the Kohl Center in 2021 or 2022 but wasn't awarded a bid for 2021 when announcements were made Friday. The 2022 sites haven't been announced yet.

They built the LaBahn Center with this in mind and it's yet to happen. I think they're afraid to put it in Madison and not have the Badgers or Gophers make the tourney.
