Give the young man credit he's putting in the time while our other QB locked himself in a dark hole to find himself. If Love does become the starter I hope he invites all the WR's to join him for a training session.

My take on this is about his footwork at the top of his drop back, is that what I should be looking for here with these drills?

Even if he didn't specifically have veto power over a trade, in a way, he still does. All he'd have to say is that if they plan on trading him to a specific team, he'll choose to retire, instead of moving on. He's got them over a barrel on it, no matter what they try to do. It's pretty much his decision.

If he retires, that's good for our cap, and we won't have to face him in the playoffs. Then again, who worries about THAT?

He's improved a ton...it's easy to see why the Packers are ready to go with him.

I just hope he will be able to tune out all the negative critisim he will face. Every INT he throws or misses a WR people will be like see he sucks he's no Rodgers.

I think this is right. Packers went 6-10 Rodgers first year but he looked the part.
