All about money. If Jim wants big bucks he's gone. My gut says he says no and will only leave for a NFL DC job in the future. UW seems like a nice fit for Jim right now.

I hope you're right. He's already proving he can be an innovative coach who can make things happen. I'm kind of hoping he gets a little experience, then ends up in Green Bay as our DC. He's so in tune with the NFL game that it's almost scary. When NFL head coaches say he's like a coach on the field, during games, that's quite a statement.

He's a special person with a special tie to Wisconsin. I hope it always stays that way.
