Bucs Willing to Listen to Offers for Top Overall Pick

Reports are that the ownership family is split on Winston. So trading out would then free them of having the choice to take him or not.

I don't know about many teams wanting to trade out of Rd 1. There is some nice talent in that top-half.

The thing is, both of the "franchise" QBs have warts. This isn't like picking Andrew Luck. I'd be willing to bet both Tampa and Tenn would like nothing better than to dump those first 2 picks and let someone else take the risk. Provided of course they get a serious package of picks. I'm sure they figure that 3 or more high picks over the next 2 drafts would let them build their rosters and maybe still have another shot at another QB later in the draft or next year.

They'll listen, but I'm not sure anyone will really offer a big enough package to make it worth it.
