There will be changes out there. Some with personnel, and others, with concepts on both offense and defense. The Bucks defense was torn apart late in the season, and those blow-outs were no coincidence. They were the product of a stubborn insistence on playing a defense that was being shredded by ball movement, and the opposition streaking to the basket. There weren't enough bodies in position to cut those lanes off on defense. Bud did nothing, to adjust their play.
I watched as the Bucks got players like Jae Crowder, and Joe Ingles, and Carter, that could give them good movement and outside shooting, then they used them completely opposite of what they did best. It was almost like Bud didn't understand the strengths of his players, and was relying on Giannis to create 50% of the offense. He also failed to use his bench well enough to give the front line players the rest they needed, during games. It's what led to them having late melt downs. They were gassed.
I'm glad Bud is gone. Now, they need to make sure they bring in a coach who can get the best out of his players.
