Bucks and free agency

So, did the Bucks get better, get worse, or stay the same?

Compared to other teams - on paper - do they appear better, worse, or the same?

Probably a little bit worse since they lost Brogdon and don't have any clear answer to replace him. But if Leonard leaves the Raptors IMO they are still the clear favorites to win the East.

The same but Philadelphia and Boston took a hit. Brogdon is a loss but they won 2 playoff series without him and he was pedestrian vs Toronto
 
Bucks right now at 13 players on roster. I figure they will stretch Leuer and then sign a couple summer league guys to split contracts.

That Fletcher Magee has good chance to make roster if he has good summer league

Not sure who Magee beats out. Already have Bledsoe, Hill, Brown, Donte DV and Connaughton with guaranteed money at guard.
