But, he might have permits to use the sand. His attorney says he does.

If you're living on the beach in Malibu you're rich almost beyond comprehension. You know your neighbors are nosy rich pricks so you probably have your ducks in a row.

Those people will probably spend more than I'd ever need fighting over this.

i find that difficult to believe, but i suppose it might be true. but having lived here since 1981 and knowing how protective the state of california is of their public beaches, it just doesn't seem likely to me.

I've been here since 88 and agree with what you.

But, knowing that, it's hard to believe somebody would just start moving beach sand in public view broad daylight without permission. One of these guys will get whacked. It will be interesting

article also said oil/gas got into water when they were moving sand. Permit or not this is no-no
 
Article said the Billionaire Rich Kid who's living off daddy says that Attanasio's machines were dripping gas and oil into the sand. Anything can be written into the pleadings of a lawsuit.

Again, knowing the area a little. I doubt these excavators looked like they had ever been used before.

We'll see.

Wow, twenty games over .500 and double-digit leads over everyone in the division!

One game behind Phillies and a half game behind Dodgers for best record in the National League! Sure would be nice to be the #1 or #2 division winner because the #3 division winner gets majorly screwed in the playoffs.
 
Took two today from the Reds in a double header. Needed extra endings to win the first game and then won by two touchdowns in the second! I think Murphy has Manager of the Year locked up.

Yes current odds for NL manager of the year Murphy is the favorite to win at -550. the next NL manager is SD Mike Shildt at +360
