Wisconsin had lost just one true road game with Alex Hornibrook as the starting quarterback. That loss came in 2016 to Michigan in Ann Arbor. History repeated itself on Saturday night...

I never expected the Badgers to be as much of a contender as people seemed to think they'd be. Too many inexperienced players trying to carry the load.

Their hopes were swirling around the bowl after the BYU, but last night they got flushed.

Only bright spot - a lot of young guys are getting reps, especially in the secondary. Hopefully that translates to better defense next season. I think they already started burning redshirts on 3 true freshman DBs, but with the new red-shirt rules, they might not have to burn them completely if guys get healthy.
