Arrival of high-end talent didn't lead to success for Badgers men's hockey team in 2019-20

What a freaking waste. The incoming class is also going to be loaded with "high-end talent" but I'd have to believe that Granato is on the ejector seat if not challenging for the top of the conference by the end of January. His seat is already hot.
 
One of the "high-end talents" from last season is gone: Alex Turcotte signed his contract with the LA Kings and is likely to join them this season yet.
 
Yes, if the young guns are this highly thought of by the NHL, it tends to show their coaching at Wisconsin wasn't very good or inspiring
