NCAA passed transfer rule but pretty much saying 1st time it happens will go to court and NCAA will lose. Everyone saying the NCAA pretty much a paper tiger at this point and unless Congress acts to give them protection NCAA rules don't exist anymore. Talked about a CBA but why would the players choose that since right now they hold all the cards they can get paid whatever they want, leave schools whenever they want, not have to pay back any NIL money if they leave. The NCAA and schools have nothing to offer the players and the players only have stuff to lose and nothing to gain.
