  • Kitan Oladapo S (NFI, toe)
  • MarShawn Lloyd RB (hip)
  • Robert Rochell DB (calf)
  • Tucker Kraft TE (pec)

Not Practicing / Limited:

  • Caleb Jones OT (hammy, limited)
  • Donovan Jennings G/T (knee, limited)
  • Elgton Jenkins (vet rest)
  • Zach Tom OT (pec, limited)
Offense:

  • Starting OL with Jenkins on vet rest:
    • Walker-Rhyan-Myers-Morgan-Telfort
    • Dillard again worked in at RT for Telfort
  • Josh Myers is back at practice today.
  • Two good reps from Myers against Slaton. Big man tried to hit him with a spin move on the first rep but Myers wasn’t thrown off
  • Bunch of hugs between the o-line and d-line prior to one on ones
  • Wicks beats Nixon on slant
  • Rees beats Balentine on a comeback. Great route.
  • Musgrave drop with McKinney
  • Watson nukes stokes. Stokes falls down on an out
  • Sick catch by Doubs on a comeback vs Jaire.
  • Sims incomplete vs Bullard. Overthrown.
  • Melton can’t come up with the diving catch on a bomb vs Valentine.
  • Love complete to DuBose. He got Gilbert on an out.
  • Great coverage by McKinney but nice catch by Musgrave.
  • Joel Wilson drop vs AJJ. Had him beat on a corner route.
  • Reed comes up with a contested catch on great coverage by King. Reed a bit slow to get up but looks ok.
  • Wayne toasts Gilbert for a deep touchdown.
  • Beautiful deep bomb from Love to Toure who beat Bullard.
  • Pearson catch over the middle vs Williams
  • Sick route by Doubs who crosses Ja over for easy separation and a nice hands catch.
  • Starkey nukes AJJ deep but drops a wide open TD
  • DuBose bears Valentine
  • Melton won his route - couldn’t see vs who.
  • I thought Jordan Morgan had two solid reps while playing guard against Devonte Wyatt in 1 on 1s
  • Morgan still at RG in team with Rhyan filling in for Jenkins at LG
  • First play of teams Jacobs gets around the edge for a big gain on a toss play. First time they’ve hit on that.
  • Dillard won his two reps vs LVN
  • Pratt nice little out route to Julian Hicks. Nice anticipation from 17.
  • Excellent work from Reed to seal the edge on a Jacobs run. Started tight to the formation and cracked down on Gary. Love it when WRs do the dirty work.
  • Luke Tenuta getting reps at RG today with twos
  • Wicks with a beautiful slant vs Stokes and Love hits him in stride for a nice pickup. Prob around 15-18.
  • Love escapes pressure, rolls right, hits Doubs but it’s out of bounds. Jaire with illegal contact on the play against Doubs.
  • Love airs a deep ball out to Doubs that hangs in the air forever but Doubs skies up for it (and Valentine misplays it). Big time catch for Doubs. Penalty on the play but couldn’t tell what for or which side it was on.
  • Back to back tough plays for Valentine. DuBose beats him on a deep crosser and Love puts it on him perfectly. Big completion downfield.
    • Nixon just walked by DuBose during a special teams period and gave him props on the route.
  • Love delivers slant to Reed with Preston in his face. Good for 20
  • Jordan Love is back and gets LVN to jump with his hard count.
  • Two minute drill for the 2s. 1st and 10 at the 30. 1:05. One timeout. Clifford immediately throws a pick to Evan Williams. A nightmare offseason for Clifford continues.
  • In two minute 1s:
    • BEST CATCH OF CAMP by Wicks, pulls down 23 yard rocket from Love. GREAT concentration by Wicks on an out route that was knocked in the air, kept with it, made sure feet were in, big first down to start two minute.
    • Newman at RG with ones IN TWO minute
    • Love hits Jacobs in stride who picks up 5 and gets out.
    • Love hits Dillon for a first but it’s an illegal formation. Back to 3rd and 7. 39 seconds left.
    • Love throws to Musgrave down the sidelines but Musgrave stopped. Was an ad lib play and Love had all day. Defense wins.
  • In two minute 3s:
    • Nice work by Pratt using his cadence to get the defense to tip its hand pre-snap. Vet stuff from the rookie.
    • Good out ball from Pratt to Wayne on third and 10. Good for 12.
    • Pratt incomplete to J. Wilson over the middle. For some reason they are doing the play over though.
    • Pratt incomplete to Stanley on a slant.
    • Pratt with a beautiful throw between two defenders to Wayne for a first down out of bounds. Diving catch from Wayne.
    • Pratt complete to Starkey for about 7 on a slant. Timeout.
    • Pratt throws for a would be first down to Hicks but it’s dropped. Kalen King would have been right there for the stop.
    • Pratt with a touch throw to Howard for a first down out of bounds.
    • Pratt hands inside for a couple.
    • Pratt almost doesn’t get the snap from the center in time for the spike. Pratt spikes with 1 second left.
    • A beautiful drive from Pratt to setup a game winning field goal.
  • Offense does pushups for the day.
Defense:

  • Rookie second-round LB Edgerrin Cooper has been getting more reps here and there with the No. 1 defense. A storyline to continue monitoring.
  • Bunch of hugs between the o-line and d-line prior to one on ones
  • Ford absolutely smoked Monk in one on ones. Mercy.
  • King good coverage on Toure. Overhrown.
  • Nixon near pick vs Wicks as Wicks fell down on his cutback.
  • Good reps between Preston and Walker and Gary and Telfort who continues to work as the no 1 RT
  • Evan Williams is good.
  • Jaire fantastic coverage on Wicks in team. Incomplete from Love.
  • Gary crashes through the line for a run stop on Dillon behind the line.
  • Bullard all over a toss outside to Dillon. Dillon gave him a good stiff arm to pick up an extra few yards.
  • Van Ness beats Dillard for an easy sack and then after throwing the ball anyway Clifford throws another pick - this time to Carrington Valentine.
  • Quay all over an outside toss to Jacobs.
  • Nixon is really doing a nice job as a run defender in nickel. Makes a stop on an inside Jacobs run.
  • Interesting first team rep with only Nixon and Jaire on the field as corners.
  • Benny Sapp making his presence known with a big time tfl. Wilson was the ball carrier and Sapp won that collision with authority.
  • Nixon all over an out route to Wicks. Wicks could have had it but bounces off his hands. Was a diving catch attempt. Nixon’s coverage has been improved and noticeable.
  • Devonte Wyatt is such a freak. Chasing down Sean Clifford to the sidelines. His movement at his size is so fun.
  • Fun young guy lineup at defense that included:
    • Enagbare - Wyatt - Brooks - Van Ness
    • Hopper - Cooper
    • King - Valentine
    • Williams - Bullard
    • Eric Wilson somehow snuck in with the young guys.
  • Had two coverage sacks for LVN as Packers secondary giving no quarter in twos
  • Nixon blitzing from the slot
  • McKinney with a conversation with Nixon after being bear by Reed.
  • Rashan Gary with another insta-sack. Ho hum. Just another day.
  • Nixon puts Dillon on his ass on a collision right after the catch.
  • LVN’s been having a nice day but just jumped offsides. OT jumps to take the 5 yard so no free play.
  • Kalen King with the play of the day as he jumps a Love throw over the middle and houses it. Love's pass thrown behind Watson.
  • In two minute for 1s.
    • Mosby all over a screen to Jacobs. Screen game continues to be a nightmare. Timeout offense. 3rd and 7 coming up. Ball at opposing 45. 47 seconds left. No timeouts.
    • Offsides defense makes it 3rd and 2.
  • Two minute 3s:
    • King breaks up a pass for Wayne. He’s had a nice day. Dude breaks like hellfire on passes thrown his way.
Special Teams:

  • Joseph
    • Goes 3/3 from 44R, 47 and 50L.
    • Joseph good from 51L.
    • Misses from from 53L. Wide right.
    • knocks it through from 55.
    • He’s now 16/18 in camp.
  • Carlson
    • Goes 3/3 from 44R, 47 and 50L.
    • Misses wide right from 51L.
    • Good from 53L
    • Good from 55.
    • He’s now 16/18 in camp.
  • No Turner today. He sits at 12/18.
Media:

Interviews:

  • Matt LaFleur: Presser
    • On Jordan Love's first practice: "I thought it started a little slow, and it picked up at the end. I think it shows the value of practice."
    • On intensity in Packers camp practices: "It's interesting because I've got the defensive guys yelling at me because they think I'm an offensive guy. I've got the offensive guys yelling at me because they think I'm favoring the defense."
    • Bullard's hit on Musgrave in 2-minute is a "really fine line" at practice, LaFleur says. The need to keep everyone safe is stated and repeated.
    • Drops "Bull" as a nickname for Javon Bullard and I really thought I couldn't be more convinced Bullard would be a star.
    • Says Packers are doing 1-on-1s today.
    • For the second straight summer, all players are staying together in the same hotel during training camp (although vets will check out early). LaFleur said it’s helpful for everyone to “go through something miserable together.”
    • "I'm really excited" about Bullard and Williams, LaFleur says. Likes how they've performed and how they've handled the playbook part of it. It's a competition on who will play with McKinney.
    • On the offensive line: "At some point, you'd like to get some continuity among the starting five. I don't want to read too into it. We've had one padded practice. I think it'll sort itself out the longer we get into this thing."
    • (begrudgingly) confirms Xavier McKinney gets to decide pre-snap who is the deep safety and who comes up when they’re going to play single-high. Sarcastically and, “I’m glad Evan (Williams) is giving away our secrets”
    • After repping at tackle in offseason program, Jordan Morgan has almost been exclusively guard in camp. Matt LaFleur on his positional fit: "I think he's starting to feel more and more comfortable inside, but I think he's talented enough that we can kick him outside if need be."

At this point why are GB keeping 3 kickers on the roster?

King sure looking early like a guy who was talked about being a 1st round pick in 2023 had he come out. If he keeps it up he will for sure get a spot on the team. Could end up with keeping 9 or 10 DB's
