2021-2022 Milwaukee Bucks

It was Lakers/Mavs. Luka vs LeBron, except no LeBron.
And with the Lakers loss - they are currently out of the playoffs. However, don't be surprised if the Lakers end up winning 2 play-in games and having at least 1 series of playoffs (like last year). The NBA needs LeBron in the playoffs.
Just a note on ratings….
It’s a nice narrative and story but the networks care 10x more than the league does about ratings. The rights checks have been cashed and if they are up 10% or down 15% the only consequence is how the networks deal with advertisers. Some of the TV money is tied into league sponsorships anyway which is just one layer. Ratings up nets are happy, down then might have to give makegoods but not all deals are written that way.

Lakers are trash have quit and LeBron just playing for scoring title

Assuming they make it. Their schedule is brutal. And no I don’t think the league will “officiate” the Lakers in. They have enough star power in San Fran and Brooklyn, even Giannis.
Yep right now Lakers are not even in play in slot

Bron is hurt so there’s that. So is Davis which is basically the issue and Westbrook is overrated. No he’s not playing for a scoring title, he’s the only damn scoring option on the team

Well maybe Bron needs to stop trying to create a super team to win and actually have talent on a team. This is on him and Davis for pushing for Westbrook as they traded anything they had left to get him.

And if Davis was healthy Westbrook is a non issue

Still always those teams have deeper bench. LA has JAG's on their bench.
Miami is not especially deep, neither is Utah or Boston. Horton - Tucker is fine so is Ariza. Losing Davis really hurt them
