Also, the players are the ones with the large group who don't want to get vaccinated. Doubtful they would vote as a block to modify the CBA to mandate something that a big group of them don't want.

Not sure how big that group is. Based on reports I did not see one team under 60% most are in the 80%+ range. To most players the threat of no paycheck outweighs their individual stance on this subject

They won’t need a vote.
Peer pressure will win out.
I heard Packers were at around 87%?
 
I see former Packer and current Browns center and NFLPA player president is still pushing for every player vaxed or not to be tested every day.
