Official 2019 Week 15 Green Bay vs Chicago Thread

I think it's a win. While Trubisky looked good vs Det and Dallas, the Pack's defense is kinda built on deceiving pre-snap reads and that seems to be Mitch's (and the Bears O-line's) main issue all year.

24-10 Pack

God, I hope you guys are right.

I think the Pack will have fun and again not be up for a game and it will bite them in the kiester.

I think Rodgers gets the snot knocked out of him looking for big plays refusing to take the safety valves and short passes that are open.

I think the defense is going to get run over.

Unfortunately, and I'll be in the thick of it as my Toys for Tots Toy drive hits the Bears bar in the 4th, I don't anticipate joy in Green Bay while I suffer.

I think Sunday at 1pm PST we'll be hoping we can hang onto a wild card. Hate to be a downer, and I hope I eat crow

We hypnotize Rodgers and convince him he's hurt and has to get rid of the ball fast, ala 2018.
We dink and dunk and keep our defense off the field. Mitch turns into Cutler trying to catch up and gives us a couple timely INTs. Pack wins 27-16.

from your lips to the football god's ears.

Packers trail 20-21 with under 2 minutes to go. Rodgers moves down field. With time expiring Crosby hits 40 yard FG for the win. Packers 23 Bears 21.

I think the Packers were looking to this game last week already; they remain in the driver's seat with a win over the Bears even if we lose to MN the following week. Let's hope our "dominance" over da Bears continues . .

I've heard that, but I've also heard Mitch is a "repetitions" learner, rather than a classroom learner. I guess they didn6play him in the preseason. Now they're saying they pared the offense down to 50 plays, instead of the 150 Nagy wanted. We shall see.

I have an uneasy feeling about this one. The offense has taken a step back the last few weeks since Davante's been back. To me it seems like AR is holding the ball longer again to try to get it to either Adams or Graham. That will not work well against the pressure the Bears can bring. I look for an "ugly" 17-13 slug-fest type of game. Hoping we are on the winning end of that score but would not be surprised if it goes the other way.

Big inter-divisional games can be tough to predict. This team (Chi) is playing better football now. Atleast they have looked better to me than in game 1. So that being said, my prediction will be this:

GO PACK GOOOO !
