Post Game Thread: GB defeats Detroit 23-22

If 83 and 13 can be consistently mediocre until 17 comes back, we might still be able to move the ball!

10 is a year away.

Sloppy sloppy game but a win is a win
Shepard looked like what he is a UDFA rookie that has no idea what he's doing out there.
Refs on both sides botched a lot of calls. NFL refs have been putrid this year.
Jones untypical awful game for him dropping easy TD and the fumble.
J. Williams huge game coming back from the concussion picked up were Jones fell off.
Rodgers nothing impressive but sure and steady and that's what wins the race.
Hand a bend but not break defense tonight. Gave up junks of yards but settled down and held Lions to only FG's and not TD's which was huge.
Special teams outside of Shepard I think they did pretty good. How bad Shepard was in this game makes me think they should have not cut Tremon Smith Shepard made several bad choices tonight.
But the Packers get the win go 5-1 go 3-0 in division ugly win but will take it. Lot's to work on before Raiders come to town on Sunday but still going in right direction.

Thing I laughed at is after FG Crosby runs to do Lambeau Leap and his LS gives him a boost to jump into stands.

Aside from the first few series, our D was great, imo. They kept the Lions to a
FG time after time. CLP)(btw, Z, don't skip anymore ST meetings because you're in the hot tub.)

SO many dropped passes. Rather sick of this, but the men who stepped up were great (as was AR). Lazard (keep your mouth shut and don't draw a flag, young man...you lucked out this time), Mercedes, VS, even Graham actually caught a ball at the right time. Jamaal was wonderful in his first game back!

Sounds like the refs are playing lets play a real loose interpetation with rules.

Hands to face now can be hands to face or neck.

Yep. Very strange. So now we're going to hear about how the refs won the game for the Packers for the whole week. ugh.

Lazard earned himself some serious playing time with his performance.

Funny thing is...…………..I just read that #12 went to the WR coach and asked him to put Lazard in the game, otherwise we may not have seen him in there!

Even if last night is his only shining moment as a Packer/NFL player, it was a big big moment for #13.

+ Run defense, Lazard, Williams, pass rush was good in key spots as well.
- Just a terrible game in terms of quality. Dropped passes, fumbles, stupid penalties, horrendous calls by the refs. Both teams should have lost this game but someone had to win it. Glad it was the Pack.
