Official Week 3 Green Bay vs Washington Thread

Yeah they've been getting roughing the passer penalties instead. It's sacks or nothing in the NFL now - refs will not allow you to wear down a QB by touching him after the ball is out. Pressure is almost meaningless now without the finish.

Isn't that how NE famously beat CAR in the SB?!
They just kept hammering CAM, even after he had gotten rid of the ball.
Wore him down, took him out of his zone.

I guess that strategy is gone bye-bye now. o_O

Good stuff HH!

Give this person a cigar, they get it:

I predicted a win here in preseason because the honest truth is that the Packers 2-53 on their roster isn’t all that impressive. It’s the 1 that is the problem and will be the difference Sunday.

There is zero reason this shouldn't be a blowout. Hobbled Arod or not.

I think 'Skins fans are basing some of their feelings on last weeks poor showing. They looked better in week one. Statistically their defense looks good, but they haven't played a juggernaut offense either so it hard to say if they are as good as their numbers. I haven't caught either of their games.

The Skins also looked better in week one because they played the putrid Cardinals. They got spanked by the very average Colts last week and scored 9 points offensively. No reason we should not handle them easily.

Packers- 31
Skins- 17
