Anyone see this during the game? Looks like he's all upset that he got benched. That's what happens when you suck.

Damarious Randall started Thursday night’s game at cornerback for the Green Bay Packers. He finished it in the locker room and it wasn’t because he was one of a handful more of Packers’ players to suffer injuries against the Bears.
According to Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com, Randall was replaced at cornerback by Josh Hawkins to start the second half. Per Jason Wilde of ESPNMilwaukee.com, Randall later left the sidelines altogether and the Packers confirmed he had not been injured in the game.
Packers head coach Mike McCarthy wouldn’t get into the details of Randall’s situation after the game.
“Actually, that’s an internal matter that we’ll keep internal and we’ll work through that,” McCarthy said.
A follow-up on if Randall left the bench was greeted with the same response.
“It’s an internal matter and we’re working through it,” he reiterated.
Randall had five tackles, including a tackle for loss, in Thursday night’s game before being replaced. He started all four games for Green Bay this season and has made nine starts in each of the last two seasons as well.
Exactly what Randall did to provoke such a response is uncertain, but it’s clear the Packers are not very happy with him coming out of the victory over the Bears.

Just needs some coaching up. Pad level and fundamentals issue.

I didn't see it last night but if he went to pout in the locker room he should be a game day inactive next week. Lombardi would have cut his butt before the sun came up this morning. Chalk it up to youth. I mean he's only been playing in the system for 4 games. Oh wait this is his third year. Time to toughen up.

the "tackle for loss" that he had, he approached the ball carrier, then spun around and pushed him out of bounds by backing into him. no attempt to wrap up or make a legitimate tackle. he is a liability on the field.

I have a feeling there's more to the story that we won't hear about. I would be surprised if Hawkins replaces him in the starting lineup.

I recall thinking that I hadn't seen Randall in the second half but that Hawkins was playing instead. I wondered why the announcers didn't talk about it - I might have missed it. Figured he was nicked up - with the way the game was going that would have been no surprise.

I was annoyed with him after the touchdown he gave up in the corner of the end zone. Not for giving it up - stuff happens. It was his body language and him seemingly arguing with other players or with the sideline after it happened. It was almost like he was immediately trying to blame someone else. On the play it seemed clear what his responsibility was, but I'll let one of our resident secondary X-and-O posters comment on that. It was almost as though he thought he was going to get help, but I'm not sure where he thought it could be coming from.

If we have the bodies, it might be time for him to sit a game or two.

Randall is the next T-buck. A guy who believes he is better then he really is and thinks there is not a problem. Time to do what we did to T-buck get rid of him and see if anyone else can fix his issues.

but I'll let one of our resident secondary X-and-O posters comment on that

Wright gave an inside move, and Randall just absolutely derp'd himself by biting on it.

He had Jones or Brice in a zone to the inside and underneath, so if anything he was the over the top coverage. But he just whiffed, it's all on him, he's got nobody to blame.

It was the wrong coverage in that situation. As a matter of fact we had really awful combinations called until halftime.

As for Randell there is zero excuse for walking off the field. Is he a bust... NO. Our staff absolutely blows chunks teaching technique. We've all seen it and we have all seen the inept way the DB look at times.

It's a perfect storm of things. Hopefully he can turn it around. I have very little faith that they can coach him out of it.

The video is blocked on this site, but go to the 5:08 mark and watch it a few times. Wright takes a couple of steps, leans to the inside, Randall bites down hard, and Wright just reverses, goes up and outside, and finds the corner of the endzone trailing Randall behind him a few yards.
